What are Swarovski Crystals?
Swarovski is the name of the company founded by Daniel Swarovski that still produces the highest quality rhinestone products in the world. The word rhinestone means "stone of the rhine", because the crystal stones are associated with the rhine region where they were originally created. Rhinestones are a term used for lead crystal which has been precision-cut to resemble a jewel.

How are the Swarovski Crystals attached to the shirts?
Rhinestones can be attached to fabric through several methods, the most common is hotfix transfer of rhinestones to the fabric. Swarovski has developed a special heat-activated glue that produces a superior bond between the fabric and the rhinestone.

How do I place an order?
You can order online by clicking on the “Buy Now” link on any page. We can also email or fax you an Order Form, which you can fill out and mail or fax back to us. This Order Form can be downloaded from the Buy Now page as well.

Is it safe to order online?
We understand your security concern, which is why we use current industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit your credit card information securely over the Internet.

What is your payment policy?
I’M CELEBRATING LLC accepts all major credit cards for both online and mail orders. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders, business and personal checks (after funds clear).

Do I have the right size?
Sizes tend to run small. So, if in doubt, please order a larger size.

When can I expect my order?
It takes 1-2 days to create and ship your order. If the size or color you order is not in stock, you will be advised immediately and provided with an estimated delivery. There is NO CHARGE for shipping to all U.S. locations via first class mail. For expedited orders, we offer two additional options: U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, which normally takes 2-3 days, and Federal Express overnight courier service.

How do I wash my crystal shirt?
Caring for your I’m Celebrating crystal shirt couldn’t be easier. Just turn your shirt inside-out and machine wash (cool water is best). Either hang to dry, or tumble dry on a low “fluff” setting. Never dry clean, and you’ll be celebrating with your gorgeous shirt for years.

What if an item is damaged in transit?
Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Please refer to the steps below to return damaged-in-transit items.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?
We are committed to offering only the high quality shirts at affordable prices. We will exchange defective items within 10 days of receipt at no additional cost. Shirts which have not been worn, and with original labeling and packaging, may be exchanged for different sizes or colors within 14 days; $10 re-stocking fee per order. Please send your package Insured Mail via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request tracking of your return. Customers are responsible for return freight fees. Sorry, but we cannot credit any outgoing or incoming shipping fees. Additionally, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for goods received damaged due to improper packaging.
